All rules are subject to change and will be enforced by Cattyshack Cat Cafe Management and staff. Guests are expected to positively interact with cats at all times while abiding by Cattyshack Cat Cafe rules.

All visitors under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Our Mulligan Room is for ages 7+ only, except for our Caturday Play Time experience. Any visitor under the age of 18 will need a parental guardian to sign the waiver or have a parent/guardian complete the online reservation while putting the minor’s name in parenthesis (Guardian does not have to be present when minor aged 13-17 visits). No more than 2 children per adult are allowed in the Mulligan Room.

No strollers.

Reservation times will begin at the top of the hour and conclude after 50 minutes – this allows us time to clean, disinfect and prepare for our next group of guests. While waiting, guests are encouraged to explore the Cattyshack Cafe menu and enjoy their time watching cats through the windows.

Refunds are NOT available if reservations are cancelled without at least 24 hours advance notice!

We recommend arriving and checking in with the barista at least 20 minutes in advance of your reservation to ensure a timely check in.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, and you have not emailed us to let us know you’re running late, your seat may be given away.

Our cats and kittens are all rescues. We believe in Adopt, Don’t Shop!

Cat Lounge Experience fees help cover a fraction of the expenses that go towards kitten supplies, pay our cat staff and provide you with an ameowzing experience! Additional contributions can be made during the check out process online and/or can be accepted on-site!

If you fall in love and want to take a cat home, adoption fees range from $67 – $137 with 100% of adoption fees going to Gulf Coast Humane Society.

All cats are held for a minimum 48 hours from the date they arrive to ensure they are happy, healthy and relaxed before heading to their new home.

Friday, Saturday & Sunday adopters will return on Monday/Tuesday to pick their cat up. When coming back for a pick-up, expect to spend 30+ minutes in our cafe to complete the adoption and paperwork. As we donate 100% of our adoption fees, your cafe purchases are much appreciated!

Applications may take +48 hours for us to review prior to approval.

We can never guarantee what cats will be available during your visit and encourage all guests to enjoy their experience!

• Micro-chipped
• Up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations
